When does the credit appear on my account?

The 30-day service credit is applied after you have been an active subscriber for 30 days. It will show as a deduction on your second monthly invoice.

Can I use the referral if I already have Starlink?

No — the referral credit is for new customers only. If you are an existing subscriber, you cannot apply the credit to your account.

What if Starlink is not yet available at my address?

If your area is on the waitlist, the referral credit cannot be applied until service is active. Join the waitlist via the Starlink website and use the referral link when service becomes available.
