Get 30 Days of Starlink Free with the Outcamp Referral Code

30 Days Free Starlink via Outcamp Referral

If you are thinking about signing up for Starlink, now is a good time to do it. Use our referral link and your first 30 days of service is covered — no cost, no hidden conditions.

This is not a gimmick. Starlink runs a straightforward referral program where existing customers can share a unique link. When a new subscriber uses that link to sign up and stays active for 30 days, they receive a service credit equal to one month of Starlink. It comes off your second invoice automatically.

Who Is This For

The referral offer is aimed squarely at people who have been sitting on the fence. You might be:

  • A farmer or station manager looking at Starlink for operational connectivity
  • Someone in a regional town where NBN speeds are frustrating
  • A grey nomad or caravanner considering Roam or Residential for long-term trips
  • A mining or construction site manager evaluating satellite options
  • Anyone living in a black spot who has watched the NBN map get updated every year without improvement

If Starlink service is available at your address and you are a new subscriber, you qualify.

How the Referral Works

The process is simple:

  1. Click the referral link — use the button above or go to starlink.com/residential?referral=RC-432605-84931-12. The code is embedded in the URL, so it applies automatically.
  2. Choose your plan — Residential, Roam, or Priority. Check the order summary at checkout to confirm the referral credit is showing before you complete the purchase.
  3. Stay active for 30 days — the credit is applied after 30 days of active service and deducted from your second invoice. You do not need to do anything to claim it.

What Plan Should You Choose

Starlink offers a few plans depending on how you use it. Here is a quick overview to help you decide:

  • Residential — best for a fixed home or property address. Unlimited data, lowest monthly cost of the full-speed plans, requires a fixed service address.
  • Roam (formerly Mobile) — designed for caravans, motorhomes, and vehicles. Service moves with you anywhere Starlink coverage exists across Australia. Good option if you travel frequently or work from multiple locations.
  • Priority — higher data allocation and deprioritised service for demanding applications. Used on work sites and by operations that need guaranteed throughput.

The 30-day referral credit applies to Residential, Roam, and Priority plans. It does not apply to the 50 GB or Lite plans.

Is Starlink Worth It for Regional Australia

We have been selling Starlink accessories to Australian customers since the dish first arrived, and the feedback we get is consistent: for remote and regional users, there is nothing else like it.

The speed and latency have improved significantly since the V2 satellite launches. Real-world performance for most rural users in Australia sits between 50 and 200 Mbps download, with latency around 20–40ms. That is usable for video calls, remote desktop, streaming, farm management software, and most business applications.

The hardware has also matured. The Starlink Mini is compact enough to mount permanently on a vehicle roof without much thought, and the Gen 3 dish is straightforward to install. We make mounts, covers, and carry bags for both — designed here in Kapunda, SA and built to handle Australian outback conditions.

Setting Up Your Starlink Once It Arrives

Once your hardware arrives, you will want to think about how to mount and power it for your use case. Here are the most common setups our customers run:

  • Fixed home or shed — roof mount on the home or outbuilding with a run of cable inside. Use a cable entry gland for a clean weatherproof install.
  • 4x4 or utemagnetic mount on the roof of the vehicle. Quick to deploy and stow, no drilling required. The MagLock Pro is our most popular option for this.
  • Caravan or motorhome — roof-mounted bracket or magnetic mount on the caravan roof. Combine with a battery pack for off-grid operation without running a generator.
  • Remote work site — tripod or fixed pole mount with the dish pointing at a clear sky. Run power from the site generator or solar setup.
